This video shows a progression of art from the past to now, which is exactly what this blog is about. So that is why i chose to put this up, i hope you enjoy it. It was posted by a youtuber with the screenname zthechainz on December of 2006. I feel as though it is a good representation of art of contemporary time vs. art of today. Although it does leave out quite a few big name artists, one has to realize if he put all of them in this video would be hours long. So all in all, I feel that this video accomplishes it's goal. It also helps me to begin to decipher what kinda of argument will be taking place in this blog by allowing to take an analysis from whoever comments this post. I will ask them which art, past or present, they have encountered before and depending on their answers I will begin to research which art is learned about most in schools of today.
